Returns – Changes – Order Cancellations

Product returns are made ONLY after consultation with the online store (either by contact via email at, or by phone at 23210.99622 and EXCLUSIVELY for products purchased from the online store.

1. Returns are made only in the product category, LINEN AND within a period of 15 days from the day of receipt of your order by the transport company. The products should be in excellent condition in their original packaging and have all the labels on them. Products that have been used or washed are not returned.

Upon return of the product, either your account can be credited for future use within 6 months, or a refund via bank account (within 30 days) from the date of receipt of the return, with the minimum charge of the recipient of the transaction bank charges. The package includes your complete details (name, contact telephone number, account number, IBAN, bank) and a copy of the Retail Receipt.

Once we receive the product, the copy of the retail receipt and your complete details, the refund process begins.

The deposit is made within 30 days from the receipt of the product. (deposit is made at the net value of the product, excluding shipping and bank charges).

5. Defective Products

All our products are checked by the specialized staff of our company before they are sent to you. Strict quality control is carried out so that you receive our products in excellent condition.   • If the product shows a manufacturing defect, we replace it immediately free of charge.
